background genotype
Среда генотипическая — совокупность всех генов, входящих в данный геном, взаимодействие которых оказывает влияние на эффект каждого отдельного гена. По отношению к каждой паре генов остальные гены, или остальной генотип (см. residual genotype) составляют его С. г., которая определяет степень первичного эффекта данных генов, необходимую для определенного уровня развития признаков. Термин С. г. предложен С. С. Четвериковым в 1926 г.
